1) When was the last time you partied with the Most High?
2) When was the last time the guest of honor at your party was the King of Kings? And lastly,
3) When was the last time you got your praise on?
Today I offer up this poem...
Praise Party
copyright 2006
To praise means to commend the worth of
To glorify, to give adoration, kudos and honor
To pay homage to and extol
To be in reverence of, compliment and give accolades
There is none more deserving of this than GOD
So...
Do a little dance (to the left, to the left)
Sing a little song ("I feel joy in my soul")
Shout Hallelujah!
There's a praise party goin' on!
Praise Him for what He has done
Praise Him for who He is...
Prince of Peace
King of Kings
Lord of Lords
Alpha and Omega
Beginning and End
Healer, Provider, Debt payer, Sin Forgiver
Comforter and Friend
So...
Do a little dance (to the right, to the right)
Sing a little song ("I feel joy in my soul")
Shout Hallelujah!
There's a praise party goin' on!
Praise Him when you're in the midst of the storm
Praise Him when you are going through
Praise Him because your blessing is wrapped up in your praise
Your deliverance is wrapped up in your worship
Praise Him because you are beautifully and wonderfully made
Praise Him because when praises go up, blessings come down
So...
Do a little dance (to the front, to the front)
Sing a little song ("I feel joy in my soul")
Shout Hallelujah!
There's a praise party goin' on!
Praise Him! Praise Him!
He is worthy of the honor!
Praise Him! Praise Him!
He is worth of the glory!
Praise Him! Praise Him!
Because He is and He always will be!
Praise Him! Praise Him!
Because He is GOD
So...
Do a little dance (to the back, to the back)
Sing a little song ("I feel joy in my soul")
Shout Hallelujah!
Now YOU got a praise party goin' on!
